Return Policy
We do not offer free returns. A restocking fee will apply.

Returns

Can I return my order?
Yes, you can.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt.
However, the following conditions must be met

  • The goods must include all accessories and the packaging must be in the same condition as when received.

  • It must be confirmed that the merchandise has been handled normally. Damage caused by improper handling is not eligible.

  • Items of sanitary importance must be thoroughly cleaned prior to return.

  • Items must be confirmed as defective upon arrival.

  • We reserve the right to charge for shipping costs.

Returns will be processed within 7 business days and will be duly accepted within this period if the conditions are met.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if we determine that the merchandise has been used or damaged.

How to Return
If you meet the above criteria, please follow these steps to begin the return process.

  1. Send an email: info@reusaint.com

  2. Include the following information in the email:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Picture of the item if defective

    • Name of customer (first name + last name)

    • Customer's address

Then we will give you our return address.
Never return the product to the sender.
After requesting a return, we will provide you with the correct return address. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


Cancellation

The consumer has the right to cancel the contract in accordance with the following provisions (if the consumer is a natural person who concluded the contract for purposes not related to commercial or professional activities).

A. Conditions for cancellation
Right to cancel
The cancellation period is 14 days from the date of receipt of the last goods by the customer or a third party other than the carrier appointed by the customer.

Because we employ a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately.
Therefore, the delivery process cannot be interrupted and no refunds can be made once the goods have been received.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify Willow and Rose of your intention to cancel from this contract by a clear statement of intent (e.g. by email to info@reusaint.com).
Cancellation is complete upon receipt of the merchandise by Willow and Rose. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Note on Products in Transit
Our products are shipped from Asia and may take longer in transit (beyond our control).
If an item is already in transit, it cannot be cancelled. Please complete the return procedure after receiving the merchandise. You may also notify us of your cancellation in advance.

To expedite the processing of your return, we ask that you send us a delivery confirmation.

Effect of Cancellation
In the event of cancellation of this agreement, we will refund all monies received from you within 30 days of the notice of cancellation and date of receipt of goods.
Refunds will be made using the payment method used by you in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No refund fees will be charged.

All returns will be sent to our central warehouse in Asia (shipping costs are your responsibility).
