I placed an order; when will it ship?

We strive to ship your items as quickly as possible. We require a 1–3 day production period before shipping. The average delivery time is 5–11 days. Tracking numbers are updated 2–5 days after shipment. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 7 days, please contact us at info@reusaint.com.

I’m not satisfied with the items I ordered. Can I return them? What happens if there’s an issue?

If an item is defective or damaged, we guarantee a 100% refund. You have 30 days to return the item for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will refund the full purchase amount. Please include your name and order number in the return package. Note: Packages in transit must be received before they can be returned, and you will need to wait for the refund to be processed.

Can I cancel my order?

We’re sorry, but cancellations are not possible as we begin processing orders for shipment immediately. However, once the item arrives, you can use our easy return system to receive a full refund.

I entered the wrong address. What should I do?

If there’s a typo or error due to autofill, please reply to your order confirmation email to let us know. If you realize the provided address is incorrect, email us at info@reusaint.com within 24 hours, and we’ll update it to the correct address. Please note that refunds cannot be issued for incorrect addresses reported after 24 hours.
